Employees and officers of the Council shall henceforth be appointed by the State Government on recommendation of the Staff Selection Commission: Provided that the terms and conditions of service of the officers and employees of the Council shall be such as may be prescribed: Provided further that, the terms and conditions of service of the existing employees shall not be varied detrimental to their benefits and repugnant to the provisions of this Act: Provided also that relevant service rules in relation to the officers and employees belonging to different cadres of the State Government shall continue to apply upon such officers of their respective cadres who may be deputed to Council.
