- S. 1(1) This Act may be called the Seacom Skills University Act, 2014

- S. 5(1) The tuition fees for Professional courses such as Engineering and Technology, Management etc

- S. 8Subject to the provisions of this Act and the State Government's Policy published in the Official Gazette vide Notifica
- S. 9(1) All recognized teaching in connection with any degrees
- S. 10(1) The Governor of West Bengal shall, by virtue of his office, be the Visitor of the University

- S. 13(1) The Governing Board of the University shall consist of the following members, namely:— (i) the Chancellor

- S. 15(1) The Vice-Chancellor shall be appointed by the Chancellor on recommendation of the Governing Board

- S. 19(1) The Registrar shall be appointed by the Chancellor on recommendation of the sponsoring Trust in such manner

- S. 21(1) There shall be a Finance Committee with the Chancellor as chairman
- S. 22(1) The University may appoint such other officers as may be necessary for its functioning

- S. 24Subject to the provisions of this Act, and the University's Statutes, rules, Ordinances and University's regulations

- S. 30(1) The University shall establish and constitute a fund to be known as accounts of the University

- S. 32(1) The University shall with the approval of the Governing Board

- S. 34(1) Admission of students in the University shall be made on the basis of merit

- S. 37(1) Subject to the provisions of this Act, the Governing Board shall have, in addition to all other powers vested in it

- S. 41The State Government shall have power to remove any difficulty that arises in difficulty
