(1) The accounts of the Authority shall be prepared before such date and at such intervals, and in such manner as may be prescribed. (2) The accounts of the Authority shall be audited by a Chartered Accountant. The Audit fees of the Chartered Accountant shall be fixed by the Authority from time to time. (3) As soon as the accounts of the Authority are audited, the Authority shall send a copy thereof together with a report of the Auditor to the State Government. (4) Notwithstanding anything contained in the foregoing provisions of this section, the accounts of the Authority shall be subject to the audit by the Comptroller and Auditor General.
