The Fund of the Authority may be utilized for the following purposes. namely— (a) the expenses of any suit or legal proceeding to which the Authority is a party; (b) the payment of salaries and allowances to the officers and staff of the Authority, if any; (c) the payment of allowances to the Members of the Authority, if required; (d) the payment of any expenses incurred by the Authority in carrying out the provisions of this Act and the rules framed thereunder.
