(I) No animal or article shall be sold or exposed for sale by a hawker or squaiier wiihin a distance of forty-five metres from iheouiward confines of any municipal market or licensed private markel without the permission of the Municipal Commissioner. (2) Any person contravening the provisions of sub-section (I) and any animal or article exposed for sale by such person may be summarily removed by or under the orders of the Municipal Commissioner by a Police Officer or any officer or employee of lhe Corporation appointed by him in this behalf.
