The Municipal Commissioner may— (a) charge such stallage, rent or fee as may from lime to time be fixed by the Corporation in this behalf— (i) for the occupation or use or any stall, shop, stand, shed or pen in a municipal markel or municipal slaughterhouse; (ii) fur ihe righl lo expose articles for sale in a municipal market; 806 */'he Kolkata Municipal Corporation Act, J9SO.
