(1) In any case in which ii is provided in this AcLonhe regulations made thereunder or in any other law in force for the time being that the Mayor shall take action subject lo ihe approval, sanction, con.sent or concurrence oT the Mayor-in- CounciJ, lhe Mayor-in Council may authorise lhe Mayor in writing to lake action in anticipation of such approval, sanction, consent or concurrence, subject to such condiiions. if any. as may be specified by lhe Mayor-in-Council. 606 The Kolkaia Municipal Corporation Acl, 1980.
