(1) The Mayor shall preside over meetings of the Mayor-in- Council which shall meet at such pi ace and at such time as the Mayor may direct. (2) The mailers for discussion al a meeting of the Mayor-in-Councii shall be prepared under the direction of lhc Mayor and shall be circulated to the members orthe Mayor-in-Council in such manner as the Mayor may determine.
