The authorities of the University may make regulations not Regulations. inconsistent with this Act and the Statutes and the Ordinances for the purpose of— (a) lying down the procedure to be observed at their meetings and the number of members required to form the quorum; and (b) providing for matters which by this Act or the Statutes or the Ordinances have to be regulated by regulations.
