(1) The first Statutes with regard to matters set out in section Statutes—how 38 shall be made by the Vice-Chancellor with the approval of the made. Chancellor. (2) Additional Statutes on all matters required to be prescribed, may be made by the Vice-Chancellor with the approval of the Executive Council and the Chancellor.
