(1) Notwithstanding anything contained in any other law, on and from the appointed day the college of Agriculture, Kalyani, shall stand disaffiliated from the Kalyani University and the Bengal Veterinary College, Calcutta, stand disaffiliated from the University of Calcutta and transferred to the University as its constituent colleges. (2) On and from the appointed day the control and Manage- ment of the colleges specified in sub-section CO and all properties, assets and liabilities in relation thereto shall stand transferred to and vest in the University.
