In this Act, unless thc context otherwise rcquires - (a) "defncemenl" includes impairing or interfering with the appearance or beauty, danvvging. disfiguring, spoiling or injuring in any other way whatsoever and the word "deface" shall be construed accortlingly ; (b) "property" includes any building, hut. structure. wall, tree, fcnce, post, pole or any other erection ; (c) "wriling" includes decoration, lettering, ornarnentatioh. erc., produced by stencil.
