5[(1)] In making Ordinances the Syndicate shall consult- Ordinances how made. (i) the Boards of Studies when such Ordinances affect the appointment and duties of examiners; and (ii) the Academic Council when they affect the conduct or standard of examinations, or the conditions of residence of students.
