The Academic Council may make Regulations consistent with this Act and the Statutes to carry out the duties assigned to it thereunder. Regulations how made All such Regulations shall have effect from such date as theAcademic Council may direct; but every Regulations so made shallbe submitted as soon as may be to the Senate who shall considerit at its meeting. The Senate shall have power, by a resolution passed by a majority of not less than two thirds of the members present at such meeting, to cancel or modify any such Regulation.
