Exemption from the provisions of the Factories Act, 1948 (Central Act LXIII of 1948)

Exemption from the provisions of the Factories Act, 1948 (Central Act LXIII of 1948).— Subject to the provisions of section 49, nothing contained in the Factories Act, 1948 (Central Act LXIII of 1948) shall apply to an industrial premises under this Act.
