(1) The Board may, by order, delegate to the Chairperson or Whole-time Member or its officer or officer of the State Government not below the rank of a Director, subject to such conditions and limitations, if any, as may be specified in the order, such of its powers and functions, except the power to frame regulations and issue regulatory documents, as it may deem necessary. (2) Any person aggrieved by an order or decision of the Chairperson or Whole-time Member or officer to whom powers have been delegated under sub-section (1), may file an application to the Board for review of that order or decision in such manner as may be specified by regulations.
