Upon the receipt of recommendations from the Board under clause (f of sub-section (3) of section 24, the Central Government shall, within a period of ten days, notify the nuclear incident: Provided that where the Central Government is satisfied that the gravity of the threat and risk involved in a nuclear incident is insignificant, it shall not be required to notify such nuclear incident.
