- S. 1(1) This Act may be called the Punjab State Commission for Minorities Act, 2012

- S. 4The Headquarters of the Commission shall be located at Ajitgarh (Mohali)

- S. 9(1) The Government shall provide such staff to the Commission, as may be required for its proper functioning

- S. 17(1) The Commission shall maintain proper accounts and other relevant record in such Form, as may be prescribed

- S. 21In the case of non-acceptance of any recommendations, the Commission shall have the right to be heard by the Government

- S. 27(1) The Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, make rules for carrying out the purposes of this Act
