(1) The Commission shall maintain proper accounts and other relevant record in such Form, as may be prescribed. (2) The accounts of the Commission shall be audited annually by the auditors appointed by the Comptroller and Auditor General of Punjab. (3) The auditors shall have access to all the accounts and other records of the Commission. (4) The accounts of the Commission, as certified by the auditors, together with a copy of the audit report, shall be forwarded to the Government by the Commission.
