(1) The Commission shall meet as and when necessary at Ajitgarh (Mohali) or at any other place, as the Chairperson may think fit: Provided that the Commission shall meet at least once in three months. 3[(2) The Chairperson shall preside over the meeting of the Commission. In the absence of the Chairperson, the Senior Vice- Chairperson, and in the absence of Senior Vice-Chairperson, the Vice- Chairman shall preside over the meeting of the Commission.] (3) One-half of the Members shall form the quorum for a meeting.
