Any reference to the existing University in any law, other than Construction of references to the this Act, or in any contract or other instrument, shall be construed, — existing Univer Sity in any (a) if such reference relates to any asset or property of the existing document University, as a reference to the existing University and (hb) in any other case, as a reference to the University.
