(1) The Annual Report of the University, shall be prepared under the directions of the Vice-Chancellor and be submitted to the Board atleast one month before the annual meeting, at which, it 1s to be considered. bY PUNJAB GOVT GAZ. (EXTRA.), JULY 29, 2005 171 (SRAVANA 7, 1927 SAKA) (2) The Board shall, after consideration of the Annual Report, forward a copy thereof to the State Government. (3) On receipt of a copy of the Annual Report referred to in sub- section (7), the State Government shall cause a copy of such Report, together with its comments thereon, to be laid before the State Legislature. (4) Notwithstanding the re-organization of the existing { Jniversity, the Annual Report of the University for the year 2005-06, shall be prepared under the directions of the Vice-Chancelior of the University, and the Board of the University shall. after consideration of the Annual Report, forward a copy thereof to the State Government.
