(I)Aperson shall be disqualified for being chosen as,and for being, amember of Dirqu8lification. any of the authorities, or for being appointed as, and for being, an officer, ofthe University if- (I] he is of unsound mind; or (ii)he is an undischarged insolvent; or (iii)he has been convicted by a court of law of an offence involving moral turpitude and sentenced in respect thereofto imprisonnlent for not less than six months. (2) If any question arises asto whether a person is or had been subjected to any ofthe d~squalificationsmentioned in clause (I),the question shall be referred to thevisitor and his decision shall be final and no suit or other proceeding shall lie in any civil court against such decision.
