(I)The annual accounts and balance-sheet of the University shall be prepared under the direction o f the Executive Council and shall, once at least every year and at intervals o f not more than f i h monh, be audited by theCompaoller and Auditor-General ' o f M i a or by such persons m he may authorire inthis behalf. (2) A copy o f the annual accounts together with the audit report thereon shall be submitled to the Cwrt and theVisitor along withIheobservatias ofthe ExecutiveCouncil. (3) Any observations made by th Visitor on the'annual accounts shall be brought to the notice o f thCwnand the observations oftheCourt, ifany, shall, aRer being considered by the Executive Council, be submitted to the Visitor. (4)A copy o f (bs annual accounts together with the audit report, as submined to the Visitor, shall also be submitted to the Central Government, which shall, as soon ac may be. cause the same to be laid before both Houses o f Parliament. (5) Theaudited annualaccounts after having beenlaid before both Hou~gofParliament shall be published in the Gazette o f India.
