(1) he annual report ofthe University shall be prepared under thedirection dfthe Executive Council, which shall include, amongotha matters, the steps taken by iheUnivenity towards the fulfilment o f its objem and shall be submined to the Court on or before such date as may be prescribed by the Statutes and the Court shall consider the report in its annual meeting. (2) The Court shall submit the annual report to the Visitor along with its commentr. if any. (3) A copy o f the annual report, as prepared under sub-section (I), shall also be submitledto the Central Government, which shall, as soon as may be, cause the same to be laid before both Houses o f Parliament.
