- S. 1This Act may be called the Sri Sri University Act, 2009

- S. 3Afterthecommencement ofthisAct,theTrustshallsetup an Endowment Fund of Rupees Five crores
- S. 4Section 4 establishes SriSri University as a self-financing institution, with main campus in Naraj and off-campuses approved by the Board.
