No prosecution or other legal proceeding shall tie and no damage shall be claimed from the University, the President. the Vice- Chancellor, the authorities or the officers of the University or any other person in respect of anything which is done in good faith or purporting to be done in pursuance of this Act or any Regulation made thereunder.
