Joint Director (Level – I): The cadre of OVS in the rank of Joint Director Level-I is restructured and widened to total 6 (six) posts of Joint Director Level-I created carrying Scale of Pay Rs.15,600 – Rs.39,100/- with Grade Pay Rs.7,600/- in Pay Band-3 by way of upgradation of 4 (Four) posts of Deputy Director at Directorate of AH & VS, Odisha, one post of Deputy Director at OBPI, Bhubaneswar and one existing post of Joint Director, Level - II.
