Joint Director (Level – II) / CDVO: The existing 30 (Thirty) nos. of Chief District Veterinary Officer posts along with 2 nos. of post of Deputy Directors, Odisha Biological Products Institute (OBPI) and 5 nos. posts of Deputy Director, Frozen Semen Bank (FSB) are upgraded to the rank of Joint Director Level-II in Pay Band-3 carrying scale of pay Rs.15,600 - Rs.39,100/- with Grade Pay Rs.6,600/-. Accordingly OVS cadre in the rank of Joint Director Level-II /CDVO is restructured and limited to 37 posts in Pay Band-3 in the Scale of Pay as indicated above. The details are at Annexure-IV.
