(1) A College having Intermediate Come which is aliated to any Univer sity shall, for the purposes of this Act, be deemed to be a junior college. (2) The Registered College Teachers of the Utkal University, the Berhampup Univergiq snd the Sambdpur University who have been registered as such for life, shall. Tor the purposes of sub-section (3) of section 3, be deemed to be Registered College Ttacaecs. (3) The Syllabus Cammimes which ire appomted by the OEcer on special b ~ t y in charge of Higher Secondary Education and were holding ofice immediately pdor b the nommencement of this Act, shall be deemed to be the Syllabus Cornmi- appointed by the Executive Committee under this Act and shall continue to hold dice till the 31st day of May, 1983. (4) The sylhbi, courses of studies and text books recommended by the said Syllabus Committea sv not be varied so as to affect any examination held at any time prior to the expiry of the year 1985. o d d l o g
