Abetting unsanctioned marriage of wards, etc.- Whoever, without the previous consent of the Court, abets the marriage of any of the persons specified in Clauses (a), (b) and (c) of Section 25 shall be liable, on conviction before a Court of Session; to a fine not exceeding two thousand rupees or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months, or to both.
