Power to make rules.- The Court may, with the previous sanction of the State Government, make rules consistent with this Act- (a) regulating the management of property under the superintendence of the Court ; and (b) generally for the guidance of all persons in all proceedings under this Act and for carrying out the provisions of this Act.
