(1) Ordinary meetings :—The Board shall meet not less than thrice a year, but four months shall not intervene between two successive meetings. (2) Special meetings : — The Chairman or the Secretary may, at any time and shall upon the requisition made by not less than one-third of the members of the Board other than the ex-officio members and on a date not more than twenty-one days of the receipt of such requisition, call a special meeting of the Board (3)Twenty-one days notice shall be given for ordinary meetings of the Board and ten days notice for special meetings.
