- S. 1(i) This Act may be called the Nagaland Board of School Education Act, 1973

- S. 10(1) The quorum for every meeting of the Board shall be five

- S. 20Other officers will have such powers and duties as may he prescribed by regulations

- S. 23(i) The Board may make regulations for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this Act

- S. 27(i) The State Government may make rules for carrying out the purposes of this Act
