Short title, extend and commencement: (1) This Act may be called the Mizoram Lokayukta (Amendment) Act, 2016. (2) It shall have the like extent as the Principal Act. (3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
