Protection of action taken in good faith . - No prosecution, suit or other legal proceeding shall be instituted against the Government or the Ground Water Authority or any other officer of the Government or any member or other employee of the Ground Water Authority for anything done or intended to be done in good faith under this Ordinance, or the rules made there under.
