Bar of jurisdiction by civil courts . - No Civil Court shall have jurisdiction in respect of any matter which the State Government or the Ground Water Authority is empowered by this Ordinance to determine and no injunction shall be granted by any Court or any other Authority in respect of any action that is being taken or to be taken in pursuance of any powers conferred by or under this Ordinance.
