Cognizance and trial of offences .- (1) No prosecution for an offence under this Ordinance shall be instituted except by or with the written consent of the Chairman, Mizoram Ground Water Authority or a person authorized in this behalf by the Ground Water Authority. - 13 - Ex-341/2023 (2) No Court inferior to that of a Magistrate of First Class shall try any offence under this Ordinance.
