All acts and orders duly and in good faith done or · Indemnity and commencement. of the Act. Dissolution · of the University. 97.(1) The Governing Board of the Universiiy,.with prior approval of the .state· Government, the Proposing body, the Chancellor and the Founder, may dissolve the University by · giving a l'lotice to the effect in the prescribed manner to the State and the faculty, the employees and the students of the University at · least . three years in advance: Provided that dissolution of the University shall have effect only after the last batches of the students of the tegular courses· have completed · their · COW"SCS and they . . . have been awarded degrees, diplomas or awards, as the case may be. - (2) In case of a dissolution, the movable ai)d immQYable properties shall be disposed ofby the Q?eming J,3(:)8rdin due consultation with the Founder and tho, Cllancellor. (3) In the unlikelyevent of dissolutioftofthe·University, it shall not be the responsibilityof the State Government ' . 73 to run, finance and support the University. Statutes, Ordinances, Rules, and Regulations to be published in the Official Gazette. 98.Every Statutes, Ordinances, Rules or Regulations made under this Act shall be published rn the Official Gazette of the State and the Official of the Universrty, Delegation of 99.(1) The University may delegate such as Powers. it may deem expedient to any of its authorities or tQ any of his officers, an.d may, at any rirne, withdra,v at its discretion any power so delegated. (2) Subject to the provisions. of this Act and the Statutes, any officer or authority of the University may delegate his or its pow.ers to any other officer or or person under his or its respective control and subject to the condition that overall responsibility for exercise of the powers so delegated shall continue to vest in the officer or authority delegating such powers.
