Where any authority of the University is not constituted, the Chancellor with the approval of Ute Founder may discharge all or any of the functions of such · authority and for that purpose, he shalVmay exercise any · power of such authority till such authority is constituted. 83.(l) All Statutes, Ordinances and· Regulations. made under this Act shall in so far as they are not inconsistent with 'the provision of this Act, be deemed to have been made under this Act and shall ,oondnuc to·? ,in force until they are superseded or modified by the Statutes, Ordinances, Rules or ?egulationsmade under this Act. (2) All · notices and orders, made or issued by any ·. authority under this Act shall in so far as they are not inconsistent \Viththe provisionsof this Act. be deemed to have been mad? or issued by the 'corresponding authority · under thi.?Act and shall continue to be in force until they are supersededor modified .Ypder this Act. (2) · The University may appoint persons working in any other University or academic institution or involved in research of significance in . any industry or any practitioner as adjunct, guest or visiting teachel' of the .
