No Act of the University or any of its Boards, Proceedings not Councils, Authorities or any other body set up under this to be invalidated Act or the Statutes. Ordinances, Rules, and Regulations by vacancies, made thereafter. and under this Act, shall be invalid merely by reason of - (a) any vacancy in, or. defect in the constitution' thereof; or (b) any defect in the election nomination or appointment of a person acting as a member thereof; (c) any irregularity in its .procedure not affecting the meritsof'the case.
