(꯱) ꯃꯤꯑꯣꯏꯈꯨꯗꯤꯡꯃꯛꯅ, ꯑꯇꯣꯞꯄꯃꯤꯑꯣꯏꯑꯃꯍꯦꯛꯇꯅꯇꯧꯈꯤꯕꯊꯕꯛꯅꯠꯇ꯭ꯔꯒꯇꯧꯅꯕꯋꯥꯈꯜꯂꯣꯟꯑꯗꯨꯈꯪꯂꯕꯅ, ꯃꯈꯥꯗꯄꯤꯔꯤꯕꯁꯦꯀꯁꯟꯑꯃꯍꯦꯛꯇꯒꯤꯃꯈꯥꯗꯋꯥꯌꯦꯜꯄꯤꯕꯌꯥꯕꯃꯔꯥꯜꯑꯃꯍꯦꯛꯇꯕꯨꯇꯧꯒꯅꯤ꯫ ꯚꯥꯔꯇꯤꯌꯅ꯭ꯌꯥꯏꯁꯟꯍꯤꯇꯥ, ꯲꯰꯲꯳, ꯍꯥꯏꯕꯗꯤ: (i) ꯁꯦꯛꯁꯟ꯱꯰꯳ꯗꯒꯤ꯱꯰꯵ꯐꯥꯎꯕ(ꯑꯅꯤꯃꯛꯌꯥꯎꯔꯒ); (ii) ꯁꯦꯛꯁꯟ꯱꯱꯱ꯗꯒꯤ꯱꯱꯳ꯐꯥꯎꯕ(ꯑꯅꯤꯃꯛꯌꯥꯎꯔꯒ); (iii) ꯁꯦꯛꯁꯟ꯱꯴꯰ꯗꯒꯤ꯱꯴꯴ꯐꯥꯎꯕ(ꯑꯅꯤꯃꯛꯌꯥꯎꯔꯒ); (iv) ꯁꯦꯛꯁꯟ꯱꯴꯷ꯗꯒꯤ꯱꯵꯴ꯐꯥꯎꯕ(ꯑꯅꯤꯃꯛꯌꯥꯎꯅ) ꯑꯃꯁꯨꯡꯁꯦꯛꯁꯟ꯱꯵꯸; (v) ꯁꯦꯛꯁꯟ꯱꯷꯸ꯗꯒꯤ꯱꯸꯲ꯐꯥꯎꯕ(ꯑꯅꯤꯃꯛꯌꯥꯎꯔꯒ); (vi) ꯁꯦꯛꯁꯟ꯱꯸꯹ꯑꯃꯁꯨꯡ꯱꯹꯱; (vii) ꯁꯦꯛꯁꯟ꯲꯷꯴ꯗꯒꯤ꯲꯸꯰ꯐꯥꯎꯕ(ꯑꯅꯤꯃꯛꯌꯥꯎꯔꯒ); (viii) ꯁꯦꯛꯁꯟ꯳꯰꯷; ꯁꯛꯇꯤꯁꯤꯡꯂꯧꯊꯣꯛꯄ ꯫ ꯋꯥꯌꯦꯜꯂꯣꯏꯁꯤꯡ ꯑꯃꯁꯨꯡ ꯃꯦꯖꯤꯁꯇ꯭ꯔꯦꯠꯁꯤꯡꯒꯤ ꯁꯛꯇꯤꯁꯤꯡꯑꯁꯤ ꯃꯈꯣꯏꯒꯤꯃꯇꯨꯡ ꯇꯥꯔꯛꯄꯁꯤꯡꯅ ꯂꯣꯏꯁꯪꯗꯁꯤꯖꯤꯟꯅꯕ ꯌꯥꯏ꯫ ꯄꯨꯂꯤꯁꯀꯤꯑꯋꯥꯡꯕ ꯊꯥꯛꯀꯤ ꯑꯣꯐꯤꯁꯔꯁꯤꯡꯒꯤ ꯁꯛꯇꯤꯁꯤꯡ꯫ ꯃꯦꯖꯤꯁꯇ꯭ꯔꯦꯠꯁꯤꯡ ꯑꯃꯁꯨꯡꯄꯨꯂꯤꯁꯄꯨ ꯀꯔꯝꯕꯃꯇꯝꯗ ꯃꯇꯦꯡꯄꯥꯡꯒꯗꯒꯦ ꯍꯥꯏꯕꯗꯨꯃꯤꯌꯥꯝꯗ ꯈꯪꯍꯟꯕꯤꯒꯗꯕꯅꯤ꯫ ꯄꯨꯂꯤꯁꯑꯣꯐꯤꯁꯔ ꯅꯠꯇꯕ, ꯋꯥꯔꯦꯟ꯭ꯇ ꯄꯥꯏꯈꯠꯂꯤꯕꯃꯤꯑꯣꯏ ꯑꯗꯨꯗꯃꯇꯦꯡꯄꯥꯡꯕ꯫ ꯃꯤꯌꯥꯝꯅꯑꯀꯛꯅꯕ ꯃꯔꯥꯜꯂꯩꯕꯁꯤꯡꯒꯤ ꯃꯇꯥꯡꯗꯏ-ꯄꯥꯎ ꯄꯤꯅꯕ꯫ 12 (ix) sections 309 to 312 (both inclusive); (x) sub-section (5) of section 316; (xi) sections 326 to 328 (both inclusive); and (xii) sections 331 and 332, shall, in the absence of any reasonable excuse, the burden of proving which excuse shall lie upon the person so aware, forthwith give information to the nearest Magistrate or police officer of such commission or intention. (2) For the purposes of this section, the term "offence" includes any act committed at any place out of India which would constitute an offence if committed in India.
