In section 3 of the Madhya pradesh Sinchai prabandhan Me Krishkon Ki Bhagidari Adhiniyam, 1999 (No. 23 of 1999) (hereinafter refe*ed to as the pdncipal Acr), for sub-section (2), the following sub-section shall be substiruted, nanlely:- " ( 2 ) Every water users' area shall be divided into terttolial constituencies, which shail be six in case of minor irrigation system and twelve in case of major and medium inigation systems.".
