(1) This Act may be called the Madhya pr.adesh Sinchai prabandhan Me Krishkon Ki Bhagidari (Sanshodhan) Adhiniyam, 2013. . (2) It shall cornc into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the official cazette, appoint and different dates may be appointed for different provisians of this Act and for differenr areas of the State of Madhya pradesh.
