Byelaws.- The Corporation may, and if so required by the Government, shall make byelaws consistent with the provisions of this Act and the rules made there under for carrying out the provisions and intentions of this Act, and in particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, it may, make byelaws to regulate all or any of the following matters namely:-
