Rules for inspection of institution and works of Corporation The Government may make rules authorising inspection under this Act by servants of the Government, of Institutions and works which are under the Management and control of the Corporation and regulating such inspection. 426.A. Removal of difficulties.-- If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the State Government may, by order, do anything not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act which appears to it to be necessary or expedient for the purpose of removing the difficulty.
