Enforcement of order.- In all matters connected with this Act, if the Corporation makes default in carrying out any order made by the Government or by any authority other than the Corporation in exercise of any of the powers conferred by this Act or any rule made there under, the Government shall have all the powers necessary for the enforcement of such order at the cost of the Corporation. 425.A. Certain officials entitled to attend meeting of corporation or Mayor in Council Any officer of the Education, Public Works, Medical Sanitary and other Technical Departments whom the Government may be general or special order appoint in this behalf, shall be entitled to Madhya Pradesh Municipal Corporation Act, 1956 180 | P a g e attend any meeting or the Corporation or Mayor in Council and address it on any matter concerning the work of his department.
