AND shall duly account for any pay and deliver to the Board and discharge himself of money, bullion, jewels, documents, securities for money, goods and either things which he shall or may hereinafter from time to time during service in the Board receive from the public, on the same day on which the same is received by him and shall also on demand deliver up to the Board, all bills, accounts, books, records or other papers of or belonging to the Board.
