AND shall and will keep all such bills accounts, books, documents, securities, paper, memorandum and writings relating to the affairs of the Board, as have hitherto or shall or may hereafter from time to time be entrusted to his charge in a proper and business like manner and make true entries therein of all such monies or goods, received by him and all payments made by him or their business transacted on behalf of the Board.
