Applicability of Reservation AcURules/Orders.The Appointing Authority shall ensure the compliance of all Reservation Ac/Rules/Orders applicable and in force at the time of recruitment or Promouol. I1. Seniority.-The inter seniority of the members of the service shall be determinéd by the Government, as per the provisions of the Madhya Pradesh Civil Services (General Conditions of Service) Rules, 1961. T6. Gradation List.-The Government shall keep a gradation list, showing the names of the members of the service in their order of seniority. I9. Pay.The pay of the members of the service, for various posts of the service, shall be such as specified in Schedule-I, or as may be determined by the Government.
